We have the honor to acknowledge the receipt of a Letter from W Hamilton, of the 28th Ultimo, transmitting for any further Observations We may have to make in reference to our Report 1.272 of the 20th July last, a Copy of a Letter from the Colonial Office, and of one from Sir H. Robinson, respecting certain charges in the Accounts of the Colony of Hong Kong for the year 1861.
